- Browse the Bangkok city tours, Floating market tours, and Day trips from Bangkok.
- Enter group size, date, and tour options on the booking form at each tour page. Total price is automatically calculated when all required items are entered in the form.
- Add one or more tours to the shopping cart by clicking “Book Now”. The shopping cart will show the total price in some foreign currencies. You will receive a 500 THB discount when booking multiple tours.
- Go to your shopping cart and double check the ordered items, then “Proceed to checkout”.
- Add your personal and additional information at the checkout page. Here you can also select to pay a deposit in advance and balance in cash during tour, or alternatively pay full in advance. Payment will be requested after confirmation of availability.
- Required deposit to secure the booking is 2000 THB for each day by local transport, or 3000 THB for each day by minivan. Our team is reserved exclusively for you as our tours are guaranteed private, deposit can be used to compensate our team for loss of income in case of cancellations at short notice. We prefer that balance is paid in cash Thai Baht during tour.
- When all information is complete on the checkout page click the “Request Confirmation” button and the booking request is sent to us without payment. We will check availability of a tour guide and confirm soonest by email, we will then also send a payment request. If you book far in advance, we will request payment 2-3 weeks before tour.
- Online payments are processed in a safe and secure way at external payment processors. We can accept payments via Stripe, OPN (formerly Omise), or PayPal. After payment is received we will send you an updated booking confirmation.
- We do understand that sometimes plans need to change. We appreciate soonest notification to have sufficient time for finding alternative work and income for our team, advance payments will be refunded if cancellation is received 1 week before tour (for further details please check our terms and conditions).
