BKK TP Ltd. Part. was officially registered 20 October 2009. It was a dream come through for Michiel Bosch and Photjaman ‘Air’ Reamsan.
Michiel is from The Netherlands and loved biking, so doing a bicycle tour in Bangkok was an obvious thing to do when he visited Thailand for the first time in 2006. That is when Michiel and Air first met, Air was his charming tour guide on that tour. They could keep in touch as Michiel was travelling to South East Asia frequently for his work as electrical and control systems engineer, a year later he moved permanently to Thailand as he found work as project manager in Bangkok.
During their free time they were exploring Bangkok and surrounding area frequently, Michiel his passion is photography, and Air is always in search for meet new people and exploring new destinations. Then they already started to organise tours for Michiel his business relations. Soon the idea came to start their own company. Air had all the needed papers to start a tour company as she is a Tourism & Hotel management graduate, and the company registration and application for a tour operator license went smoothly. With Michiel his photography passion and interest in software and programming the first website was built quickly. That is how BKK Tours got started in 2009.
